This foundation to promote reading and writing is an initiative of H.R.H. Princess Laurentien for the 1.5 million members of Dutch society who lack literacy. Embae developed projects aimed at young people 15-25 and for municipalities.
Branding and Rural Development
ICCO approached Embae for support in devising an online instrument for Rural Economic Development in non-western countries and to help structure its thinking about issues of Brand and Identity.
New sources of funding and organizational issues
The Unesco Centre Netherlands asked Embae to assist in its quest to diversify and increase its funding sources, especially by attracting corporate support. The assignment evolved into an organizational re-alignment.
Strategy to increase ethnic diversity in teacher population
Embae coached the council in developing its strategy to increase the number of teachers from ethnic minority groups entering into the teaching work force.

Embae aided Oikocredit in its thinking to leverage Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) instruments for its community of churches worldwide to the cause of social impact and sustainable development.
